It's a defo Penalty but why the need to throw the arms in the air?If he goes down naturally he gets it.

Sick 2-1! I laid Inter for £300 @ 1.63, then backed them back at 3.55 after Chelsea scored, to make my book Inter = +45.. Chelsea or Draw = +210.. Then two seconds later Inter score, lol.
