Right i have a problem that is incred tilting, the tomtom app needed updating but was too large to do on phone so it asked me to download it on PC, now how do i copy it across to my iphone without 'syncing' and thus losing all the other apps i have on my phone.

Just sync it? All the apps on your iphone should be copied to your PC.

I synced after I downloaded spotify and lost all the song I had downloaded to my phone!!!!

I had to turn the app syncing off before I connected my phone then just sync the single app you want too when it's connected....I think?

Why will syncing cause you to lose all your apps? All apps get copied onto your iTunes when you connect it up...

Yeah this is the problem i have, how do you sync just the 1 app?
