Can't be bothered to search but wasn't Anastasios Skalidis a completely fabricated footballer? I swear I remember a friend of mine saying that one of the greek scouts/researchers they used had just put him in for a laugh.

From what I recall a Greek programmer or two were getting the boot. So on Champ 01/02 v69 (which you had to download an update for) they booted a few regs such as To Madiera and shipped in the "super Greeks".

Skalidis played for Greek lower division side Chania (you wont even find Chania without the v69 update) he's worth 10k and starts with about ten 20 ratings and is easily the best player ever on champ.

Loads of players weren't real though even before that.

To Madeira wasn't real - who knew?

Thanks for the link!

Oh the memories, countless late nights and going to school having been to sleep for like 2 hours! Catching up on sleep in assembly...good times!

Thanks Baron, brilliant.

Sad that Assane N'Diaye is dead now aged just 33. He was an essential part of all my defences on CM 01/02.

A CRACK addict with a £500-a-day habit who robbed two taxi drivers at knifepoint in Northampton was jailed for nine years yesterday.
Justin Georcelin, 22, was branded a danger to the public and taxi drivers at Northampton Crown Court following a series of violent robberies last year.
He was also handed an indeterminate sentence, meaning he will be on license for life.

whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat. He was incred.

Sick about N'Diaye, he was ubelieveable aloing with Okoronkwo at the back.

Selakovic was just incred and Chiotis was the best keeper ever!

Yeah Costanzo was mint. Anyone ever sign Christos Patsatzoglou (sp?) think he was a RB/DM. Fairly sure it was the same DB and he was incred.
