Feel i may have made a bad call here when deep in ftp33k garent ko tourney last night. $7600 up top Blinds 2500/5k with 600 ante.. 50 left im in 30th with 81k so not great shape. hijack sat with 84k opens for 20k. Cutoff shoves for 118k. im in sb with . Have no real reads on players as i havnt been at the table long enough. My view was that i should probably make the call as the pot would put me in top 4 spot if my hand won.?

Hijack is usually never folding here when he 4x's to leave himself 13bb's. Given that, I probs sigh and fold.

I think I get it in here.
Hijack isnt passing but both have pretty wide ranges here do they not?
We only have like 10 bigs effective so I cant pass this spot.

i dont think its clear cut either way tbh. I think in this specific comp i do prob fold vs unknows, and wait for a better spot / chance to shove first. The fact the HJ opens to full 4x means he is prob bad and therefore may raise fold.. which means its a good spot IF were flipping alot of the time vs the cutoff. Pretty sure there is a good argument for folding and for getting it in.
