Sorry Barry - in between me finding out where he was sitting and me going over, he was knocked out and is now AWOL.

Paul Pitchford has gone.  He told me the story, and with the starting hands, it was an inevitable clash.

Paul had 92o and the other player 33.

Paul raised it pre-flop and got one caller.  The flop of 722 made him smile.  So he bet out, and was called.  The turn was an 8, so again he lead out, and was called.  The river, a 3 giving his executioner an unlikely full-house when all the chips went in the middle.  A 35K pot, going in the wrong direction as far as Paul was concerned, who was last seen heading in the direction of the bar.

Interesting end to a hand involving Colin McTaggart, Ross Mitchell and Phil Long.

On a board and about 3.5K in the middle, Phil long leads out for 2,600.

Colin calls and Ross shoves for about 7K total.  Both Phil and Colin have Ross well covered.

Phil dwells and then folds, Colin does the same.

A nice scoop for Ross who almost doubles up on that hand.
