Well that caused a stir!

The huffy melodrama was tongue in cheek but I did want to make the point that I think this forum is overmoderated a touch. Obv remove the posts and hand out coolers+warnings but lifetime bans for a good portion your most prolific and interesting posters seems a bit heavy handed to me. With bolt and 3/4 of the shrewdies gone hopkin's gonna have to pick up a lot of slack to keep things interesting and I'm just not sure if he's up to it tbh.

Then again one might use the same argument for not banning that clearly unhinged mentalist bigusdikus that they keep around on awop. Has anyone read his blog ever? It's the sort of stuff that gets mentioned in news stories that end with "and then he turned the gun on himself".

forum is undermderated compared to what it was

we have given alot of slack in the past and alot of warnings

these are not the first bans some of these guys have recieved

others have had life bans for alot less

infact most people that post porn on the forum get banned within seconds

the forum has gone so soft recently i am in 2 minds if i want to spend my time moderating it

espically as i have no idea on the thoughts of the MAJOR shareholder

if he wants the site to move in a different direction after all the posters banned are all close friends of his

and some in his stable then all he needs to is send me a PM asking me to step down

i wont miss the hassle and the rate of pay will remain the same

ps i am not ammused at people who know better playing lets wind up the mods and make there lifes a misery

on the night in question i WAS in the pub having some fun get a call to sort out the crap

but even when i come back in from the pub you dont catch me posting porn on the forum for fun or flips
