What is unique about the final squads of England, Germany and Italy for the 2010 World Cup ?

All the players play in their national league?

Correct.

There are five countries that have no English based players in their World Cup Squads.

I'll give you the first two, Germany and Italy, name the other three.

I realised afterwards that 'unique' possibly wasn't that appropriate a choice of word.  Thanks for pointing it out.   Wink
