kishishev is one of my all time fave players, absolutely love the guy, a true legend but no way does he walk into most champ teams. it'd be pushing it to say he'd walk into most league 1 teams at this point in his career

you just want him pulling the strings in your midfield Wink

You must be abs dev'd that you TURNED poyet DOWN!

he wouldn't get a look in if he came back now

turning down poyet was obv the correct decision, just wish we'd made the wrong one

Rochdale v MK Dons tomorrow, hopefully the pitch there is ok now, don't think they've played since I was meant to be there 2 weeks ago.

Important assessment tomorrow, to see how they shape up away from home as oppossed to being at home last week.  Plus Colchester play them at Colchester next saturday.  The double report from both games needs to really include everything about them, so lets see what they have to offer.

Did you go to this in the end mate? Just seen the highlights on the Beeb...looked like they were playing in a mudbath!

Yes mate I was there, pitch pretty awful, worst I've seen this year but wasn't too surprised.  Wasn't muddy as such, just bear and in bad condition.  Doesn't help them really as they play some good stuff.

What Robbie Fowler made of it during his pre-match warm ups I don't know!

Some pics from saturday, as you can see awful pitch.  Fowler warming up with some shooting routines on the 2nd pic.

MK scored 3 crackers though, pitch regardless.

Camel/AndrewT if you look, what happened to Vine at QPR?  Played v well last 2 saturdays.

He was out for a year with a double leg break and never really got back in the first team. When Warnock arrived he just didn't seem to fancy him and so shipped him out.

Tonight I'll be at the game everyone wants to be at, probably the biggest club fixture of the season and one everyone has been wanting for since the fixtures came out.

A real hum-dinger in store I think.

Greer/Dicker maybe, think Greer is class...

Was disappointed in the front 3...

Wood is pretty poor to be honest, he doesn't ever link up with the other two. Greer was a good signing, and I was laughing at him for his red card in the play-off semi's and then gets sent off on his home debut too!

Murray is top 3 striker in League 1 with CMS + Hoskins IMO.

Lambert would be instead of Murray for me, but you would have seen far more of him than me so I'll take your word.  Smiley

But when Lambert is poor, he can look a carthorse...

Murray came 2nd in player of the year in L1. Guy is f***** quality, he has so much class for league 1 in the last two years, he is really underrated.

I had no game Saturday 12th, team assessments are slowly winding down, clubs are covered all season so by March time the club usually have a good idea of personel and systems clubs use, so instead of perhaps covering them 3 times it may now only be 2, plus the player recruitment side goes up in games covered, getting prepped for next year.

Saturday the 19th I went to Bradford V Northampton, first time I've been there since I workded with Cheltenham which would have been 06/07 I think, always think the stadium is weirdly shaped, but the stand I went to was nice enough actually inside, Co-operative stand I think it was called, also got locked into the car park which was in a nursery school behind the Carlsberg stand which was rather annoying!

I didn't have a game again on saturday, I've done 10+ less games this season than usual as I said early on that with having our little fella I didn't wanna be out the house every sat & tues, so have done 1 or the other most weeks unless anything was urgent.

So instead of saturday I am at Rochdale V Charlton tomorrow night, and I think Rochdale V Brighton on saturday which is just a dash up the M56 which takes approx an hour so no problem.
