[ ] Raoulover Week

http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2010/jul/09/paul-gascoigne-raoul-moat

Gascoigne added: "He is willing to give in now. I just want to give him some therapy and say 'come on Moaty, it's Gazza'.

Gascoigne's agent, Kenny Shepherd, said: "He's doing what? I am sitting having an evening meal in Majorca. I'm speechless."

I don't know why he went and killed himself. Basically it was nothing a beer and a spot of fishing couldn't have resolved. Moat was a good guy, he just took some drugs and that affected his joogement, the drugs wore off and he thought 'oh no, what have I doon?'. He could have handed himself in and it would have been 12 years in the nick, 6 with good behaviour. All he did after all was shoot a couple of folk and kill one (which is not nice), and it was under the influence. Someone obviously must have just wound him up.....

Why why why didn't the police just let Gazza go in as negotiator?Huh???
