These 2 day £150 tourneys are pretty annoying. It seems a development in this year's GUKPT. I just don't see the sense. People are coming back next day for £50 profit and given some of the small fields it is feasible they are coming back to bubble.
I know in coventry there was a £100 rebuy that they made a 2 dayer. Someone at my table was saying how a couple of fellas had showed up and driven off to the Vic (or somewhere else massively far away) on discovering it was 2 days. I know it put me off too. I assume that just finished as a 1 dayer too. But surely if there is a £500 or £1k 2 or 3 dayer, they don't need to make most of the events 2 dayers? Maybe make one other event (a £200er or £250er) a 2 dayer, but surely they should keep the rest to one day?
But the £500 4 dayers UKIPTs seem ludicrously popular so what do I know?

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k. “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi. Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.
