Had three bets in the end...

D.J. Campbell top scorer in the Championship @ 50-1
Bournemouth +32 on League 1 handicap @ 18-1
Gary Hooper top scorer in SPL @ 5-1

Gary Hooper top scorer in SPL @ 5-1

I think this is a really good bet but cannot bring myself to back a Celtic player for top scorer.

Went for Chris Martin in the end. From what i've seen he looks good. Hoping he gets the games so i get a sweat.
Also got Jon-Paul Pittman 80/1 ew for topscorer in league 2.

I always place 4/5 season long bets after going through the racing post football guide and find it always gives you some interest thorugh the season meaning you dont always play week by week
This year main bet is   Scunthorpe to be relegated 13/10,   Villa 1/3 top midlands club,   Doncaster 5/6 to finish higher than Coventry, Peterborough 4/7 over Plymouth and Burton 1/2 over Accrington it pays just over 12/1 and have invested £120

I also have had a handicap bet with corals picking 5 teams from each div down to league 2 and done 625 5p e/w acca's if i bink the winner in each div it pays £5487.2 and just 1 place gets 2/3 stake back
Teams are  Arsenal, Everton, Fulham, Stoke, Bolton
Champ  Middlesbrough, Reading, QPR, Sheff Utd, Doncaster
League1  Huddersfield, Peterborough, Southampton, MK Dons, Colchester
League2  Gillingham, Wycombe, Northampton, Torquay, Burton
Will post during season how bets are doing

Anyone else done similar season long acca's?

Was down pub with Snowball the other day, we got onto a discussion about McDonald and Boyd of Middlesbro

I said boyd would be holding the ball up for McDonald and not get the goals he got in SPL

long story short, we now have bet on who will score more goals in Championship, Me = McDonald, Snowball = Boyd

also bet my other mate Spurs finish higher than Liverpool this season too!

Good start, 1-0 McDonald after only 20 mins of the season!

Had my first ante post bet of the season.

Berbatov at 50/1 to be top Premiership scorer.

Ridic price imo.

don't rule brighton out of league 1

done a few accumulators, think norwich are quite good value, surman and the guy from gillingham are quality players. Chelsea, mboro, soton treble for the title returns like 68-1, which is good odds i think

Hmm should really bet what I say sigh
