Wow, hilarious.

Beer getting a wicket with a no ball, pretty unforgivable for a spinner.

It pains me to say it with him being a mackem but he's done a lot of good things for England over the years inc his incred knock at Cardiff in the previous Ashes series.Think there's too many good players to come in for him not to get dropped though.

Cook is just soooooo good, player of the series ainec,VVWP.

200+ ahead plz then we can have some fun bowling them out.

great stat

Cook at Lunch has batted for 2046 minutes this series, more than any English batsman in any test series, ever. Beating John Edrich 2005 minutes in 70-71

At 26 Alastair Cook is the second youngest batsman in history to reach 5000 Test runs behind Sachin Tendulkar.

England favourites for fifth Test

England were made 4/11 favourites to win the fifth and final Ashes Test in Sydney after moving 208 runs ahead of Australia at the close of day three.

Alastair Cook led the way, yet again, scoring his third century of the tour as he made 189, while Ian Bell proved equally as difficult to remove for the Australian bowlers as he scored 115 in England’s 488-7.

Australia need something of a miracle if they are to draw the series now and are 33/1 to win this Test, with the draw at 9/4.

With Matt Prior still at the crease on 54 he is 6/5 to be the next man out while his batting partner, Tim Bresnan, is 8/13 to be removed first when play resumes on day four.

that seems very short to me, still a tricky match to win even though it's all but impossible to lose from here

when do we expect the pitch to take spin?

from now on, especially if day 4 is hot

the pitch is also a bit up and down now

So I reckon if we can get another 30-40, the Aussies would be doing pretty well to score 400, knock off a 250 deficit and set us say 150..a tricky chase on day 5..especially as our guys bowl to plans and keep the scoring rate down, typically

I don't think 4/11 is value, was just spamming Skybet!
