Really good to see the updates coming back, great work Tikay.

I'd like to pledge £50.

Is there any chance of the updates coming back again after Luton?

Tighty answered that in depth, but he may have omitted one possibility, whereby a certain set of circumstances might enable us to get quite a few more blonde Updates in the near future. See the DTD Website for "DTD RoadShow". Maybe, maybe not.

For the sake of record, these are the pledges so far. (Hint, bump).

I'll amend this Thead/Post as & when each pledge is fulfilled.

ITB £25

James Keys £25

Cos £25

MPower £50

Stu Rutter £50

Dubai £5 per level.......

MPower is passing the money to myself or Tighty this Sunday, at DTD. Payments can be made in person to Rockstar or Tighty at Luton, or to myself.

We might end up with more than the required funding, in which case the surplus money will be shared between Rockstar & Tighty.

Thanks again, much appreciated.

DTD, who will have some 10 or 12 players in the Luton GUKPT, have just rung me & donated £200 towards the Live Update. Phew......

Don't forget, DTD have a SUPER Satellite (5 seats I believe) THIS Thursday at DTD, 9pm, plus another 5 seat Online Super Sat this coming Sunday.

So, TEN SEATS up for grabs.

Given the recent embarrassing issues relating to monies being owed/repaid, would it not be a good idea to set up a more formal mechanism for this rather than the 'give it to me next time you see me' route'

I agree Blonde should have a Donate button linking to Paypal or something

Should of been done months ago IMHO

Regards

M

No shame in that imo, I think you would get lots of small donations towards live updates.  I cant just 'pop' into DTD, and am very unlikely to see anyone off here before such events, but would happily contribute if I knew it was going towards updates etc in a secure manner.

Given your unstinting support of the blonde Cardroom since day one, & until the very end, & now, of the DTD Cardroom via blonde, your credit rating is AAA+ with me. So if you wish to make a small donation, just say how much, & I'll add it to the pool myself, & you can pay me when we next bump into each other.

Tikay it's now looking like I will not be able to make it to Luton due to a commitment next friday - please could you send me a bank account to send the money to or a full tilt account?

Alternatively I can deposit on Sky and ask them to transfer it across to your account if this is allowed?

Whatever suits

SPAM ALERT: My FT Account is dormant, & I've lost my Password, so I'd rather avoid FT, & Sky Poker don't have a cash transfer facility. But they do have a £1,000 minimum sit-down televised (in near real time) "BIG GAME" this Saturday, if you are interested, with a really expert Analyst to give you advice, & a drop-dead gorgeous Presenter in Lisa-Marie.

Not sure if that's a level, or a request that we reserve a Seat for you? If so, just say the word, though remember your hands wll be shown & analysed to the viewing millions.

Obv, my role was as described in my Post.
