i went to mcdonalds breakfast adn asked for a suasge mcmuffin wihout cheese, egg or bread, explaining this in english would be difficult, in hungary is harder. so... you JUST want a sausage (after 5 minutes confusion) yes!!

Been told my dentist - no water. No washing mouth out after either. Just wash toothbrush after use. That way the toothpaste stays on your gums and protects them for longer. I have a receding gum from over brushing which causes some sensitivity. This has helped me to start to correct that.
No food is another way to protect your teeth apparently. 
I used hot yesterday and then felt like I didnt know what I had used all my life. Was weird. But think cold is more refreshing.
It would be reasonable to brush teeth with cold water in the morning and with hot water in the evening then.  |

Just wait until you get a couple of crowns and you get more sensitive areas in your teeth, cold water hurts lol. I actually mix cold and warm just to take the edge off the cold water.

Nice night tonight. Went to a very cool bar with Adam and Anthony (Scottish grinder) then went home played for 20 minutes made 1k and decided to call it a night and went to sleep.
Up at 8.35 tomorrow where im meeting a friend for breakfast.
Tomorrow night nice meal planned with the best player in Hungary and a bunch of others, should be fun.

I've travelled to many of the best places... india, pakistan, iraq, south america, congo, and more!!! Use tap water in almost everywhere.... One of the times I got the sickest was actually using bottled water for 6 weeks in Iraq then coming home to the UK and using tap water, I got so sick on UK tap water in comparison to bottled water.  #allaboutperspective |

Woke up at 8am, walked in and Adam was grinding, thought it would be rude not to play for abit. Played for an hour, made 3k and gonna get some breakfast.
