I'm planning next year n sleeping 4am-12 that's not too bad right? 8 hours, up at midday? The games are really good in the morning so want to play have my hours then. What do people think?

Pretty much what I've been doing the past week, I actually really like the sleeping hours. Don't think it's too outrageous or owl-like, took a day or two to adjust but that was all.

Nice evening for Xmas today.

Ingrid came back from her family town and we shared resents together at like 4pm then went to our friends for secret Santa/drinks at 7 which was really nice. We have a very good group of guys here and its nice that Ingrid gets along so great with them.

We then left to eat at a really nice Italians.

Most people who know me know I never really drink but never dont drink, lol. Of people go JT I will always suggest beers and always get the firt round but never drink more than 2-3 drinks. It was kind of nice today though as we had dark and blonde beer and whilst I was naturally cautious and not overly keen to try a new beverage they were actually pretty nice.

I announced elsewhere and will be advertising n 2p2 a uktimate guide to 6max cash games. I won't post full details on blonde but basically 10 videos in a pack designed perfectly to help people crush 50-200nl this would cut thousands in private coaching hours and I'm selling it as a video pack for 495 and I snap sold a bunch of copies. I'm capping the amount I sell now for 50 copies so if anybody is interested holla

Just looking forward to 2014 now hopefully going to be a huge year. Will write these goals

[ ] feel 80% peak fitness by March
[ ] move to Malta/somewhere else by June with ingrid or book 12 month lease in Budapest
[ ] only commit to private coaching on Tuesdays. Decline all other requests

So I will be looking at the following kind of strict time management for the first stage of supernova

12pm- wake up, shower, organise filling breakfast
1pm- grind
2pm- grind
3pm- lunch
5pm- gym
6pm- gym
7pm- study
8pm- dinner
9pm- dinner
10pm- x
11pm- grind
12am- grind
1am- grind
2am - grind
3am -grind
4am - 12pm - sleep

There's a lot of wiggle room here especially from 5pm-10pm to socialise with friends, Ingrid go to football training/matches etc so ts definitely workable the main goals which I really really struggle with now are

- awake and up and ready for the day before 12.30pm
- 3 full meals, 1pm 3pm, 8pm kind of times
- sleep by 4am

I usually sleep in very late and my food revolves around 1 main dish. By waking up and spending gym initial brain power on preparing the day and getting my body healthy and ready to work from the start will be great for me and give me a better chance of productivity.


Supernova pace

So I'm not going to go completely crazy and burn out in the first month I want to gt myself at a stage where I'm playing a lot but not too much and my body and life is extremely happy and In a good healthy routine

This whole pace would mean 80k in December. Which would be fine, but ideally I'd be ahead of pace and 10k extra per month would mean I'm ready to put my feet up when December comes. But this as minimum volume would mean I wouldn't be overly panicking in December.

So in the 2 hours that I grind in the day time when games won't be good I will 4 table 200 zoom and 2 table 100 zoom. This will be my C game.

In the night time session I will be playing 4 tables of 500. I will try to do 30 hours a week of 500 and 10 hours a week of 200/100. Depending on how the games are I may trade the 100 games for 500.


This would equal 110k Vpps a month so about 1.3m in the year.

If I play 4 500 all the time, 40 hours a week I get 113 a month so its very similar so either option is fine.

My friend won a 20k prop bet off my house mate and took us out for dinner tonight. It was really nice and we had a great crowd, we ate like kings and had a great time. Tomorrow I have to do a lot of stuff, so next update may be Saturday or something.
