Very very happy with my 3 weeks of WCOOP. Will do a round up some time next week taking Fri/Sat off but ofc will play Sunday. Rest is extremely important I think, the regs who are burning themselves out and playing Fri/Sat after these 3 crazy weeks will surely struggle deep into Sunday.
Things are good.

Signed amazing new striker for football team so had to find a formation that we could play 2 strikers in as Le Pantera (black panther) ((elvis)) (((our black striker))) is probably our best player. They work really well together so we went for a
4

3
2
narrow formation.
We went 2-0 up against a good team very quickly, they scored 5 minutes before half time and it was squeaky bum time for a long time. We managed to score a 3rd but they got one back quickly again. We hung on to win 3-2, it was a tough game but we definitely deserved it.
WCOOP Main tomorrow <3

Our staking group did a WCOOP specific seminar with Jared Tendler this week. Just listening back now before I sleep.
I went into this series with no results orientated goals because they are hard to manage. But I realized from listening to Jared it's good/important to have expectations AND goals. Expectations will be things I can manage and I can control and that I EXPECT to happen, goals are things I would like to see myself do but I could perhaps not control. Might be a bad analogy but a penalty taker may have the expectation of hitting the target 100% of the time and a goal of scoring 90% of penalties.
So my expectations for WCOOP
- prepare every single session and follow my three week hourly plan that I've made
- don't play over 8 tables 90% of the time and never ever over 12
- take time on every decision and look at my advanced pop up stats as much as possible
- play my A game when only one table left, never punt it off
- if I need to take a day off, take it off
Realistic Goals
- 2 10k+ scores throughout the 3 weeks
- 1 WCOOP final table
Ambitious Goals
- 3 a WCOOP final tables
- one WCOOP title
As long as I have met all my expectations at the end of a WCOOP I will be very happy.[/QUOTE]

So these were my pre WCOOP goals and expectations. I followed my expectations very well, I took days off when I needed to and played low number of tables every single day. I probably played on average 4 tables. My expectation was 2 $10k scores and my ambitious goals were a WCOOP title. i played a low volume this month, definitely lower than I had imagined.
3rd - The $100,000 Volcano - Special Edition 888 Poker $17,557
17th - WCOOP-45: $1,050 NL Hold'em [6-Max, Ultra-Deep] $7752
5th - WCOOP-40: $530 NL Hold'em [6-Max, Shootout] $21600
1st - $530 Wednesday PL Omaha H/L [6-Max] $12000
1st - The Big $75 15/09/2015 PokerStars $9863
1st - $700 NL Hold'em [6-Max,3-Stack]PokerStars $108,416
Few other deep runs too.
In total I cashed 13 times in WCOOP. One 1st, one 5th, one 14th, one 17th and a bunch of other top 100s.
I finished 12th on the overall leaderboard, and basically 2nd on the no limit leaderboard behind Ruinf.
Overall I'm obviously extremely happy about everything regarding WCOOP. Horses did great on the whole too. Have a small piece on the WCOOP final table so would be very good if that went well.
Expectations for the future
- Be healthier in life, eat a bit better, exercise a bit better
- Continue working hard on my game (10 hours+ a week)
- Play 2 sessions/week minimum
- Make stable better and better and better
- Get better and better at football management
- Play well at every stack size in live tournaments
- Have nobody owe me any money by December 31st
- Be ready with good, achievable goals for 2016, ready to crush
- Perhaps look into selling content
- Blog 2x minimum per week, post some cool hands etc
Ambitious goals for future
- Win $100k between now and end of year
- Go undefeated with my football team
Gracias for the WCOOP rail all <3

i remember not long ago a few people saying how you had run like god to get the results that you had. you probably did run well, but no chance anyone keeps churning out these huge scores without being (one of) the very best in the business.
must feel sweet to stick two fingers up at the doubters.
well played.
