6.30pm, pleno is starting his session
6.29am, pleno finishes session
Absolutely insane session. I spent 10 hours in the hole, runnning worse than a nightmare, running KK into AA 7 times and coolered in huge pots. I was 3.5k down after 10,000 hands and I hit a brick wall, the birds were tweeting outside and my girlfriend and dogs were snoring increasingly louder next door. I had two options. 1) Give up, book my first losing day of the month, or 2) Go into beast mode, change hoodies to something that makes me feel more aggro and get to work.
2 hours later, 17 bis later we are absolutely even for the day. What a fantastic result. Ive posted some pretty good graphs in this thread this month, but this one is without doubt my favourite. Perhaps my favourite all time graph.

Im going to sleep a very, very happy man!
(p.s rakeback is quite good with this volume!)

Well I've been losing at midnight but not by the end of the session if that makes sense.

You are a beast! I think the power of the graph ensured you kept your winning/break even sessions for the month in tact.
Long live the graph.

Pads has very kindly given me permission to spam his diary for Movember as myself and a few others are donating our top lip for the month and letting it grow in aid of mens health charities mainly Prostate and Testicular as listed on the website.
If anyone is unaware of Movember the please see a short video below
It is obviously a cause close to my heart after my own father passed away having started off with one of these cancers that eventually progressed and he sadly passed away 3 and a half years ago.
If anyone fancies joining in for the month then please see the Movember Blonde thread here
http://blondepoker.com/forum/index.php?topic=55384.210
Or if you would like to donate then please click on the link to my donations page here
https://www.movember.com/uk/donate/payment/member_id/1433244/
and remember to click the gift aid box as well.
Many thanks for reading and for all the guys letting me post in their diaries and I will update the Movember thread with ongoing photos of the growth.
Cheers
Rich

1) How important is your daily graph?
2) How important are your results A) Daily B) Monthly C) Quarterly D) Yearly
3) How much lower is your winrate when your 17 buyins down compared to just starting up on any random day?
Hope the party was decent. Canadian bandana?

1) it's nice to have something to be motivated towards too and grinding for but it's mostly just for fun.
2) results are not important at all in these times but more in hand samples. People often mistake that 500k hand sample are a good indication to see where you re. If you play the same after hand 55k and 500k then you're not studying enough. I take 150k sample as an indicator and give myself 3bb either side for variance
3) my win rate is undoubtedly higher when down a lot I don't want to be down anymore so jut play absolute a game and no auto piloting
