bigggggg grind! 1 tabled the 215 plo8 scoop and managed to come 2nd (dealt as 3rd stack 3 handed) for 22k. Very happy about the money dont get me wrong, but kinda sad not to get a scoop title that i feel like I deserve, but I guess I dont deserve it in Omaha so keeps me hungry for the weekend.
Goodnight all, thanks for the rail <3

Oh my, very well done Patrick, an amazing performance.
When you've slept & had time to reflect, I'd apprerciate your view on the standard of play, a few sample HH's, & how it is you were able to do so well in what is, I assume, a relatively foreign format for you.
Thanks.

Brilliant stuff. Well done fella. Watched a bit earlier on when you took the lead. There was some nutter at your table who lost his head with a pair of kings vs your flopped quad
. Guess he hadn't played much either.
Somebody disco'd at the $2k final table right now. That's got to hurt

Meant to say, you were limping/cold calling a lot. Had my own games on, so not sure if it was 75% or 100% or something else. Was that a deliberate strategy? Guess it could work well vs a lot of players who can spew off light.

I wouldn't normally try so hard, but didn't have another opportunity I could wait for. I wasn't ready to surrender what I WANTED SO MUCH, that easily, I couldn't guarantee a call with me staying stoic and relying on a flinch "top pair" calling reflex.

decent day today, played very few tables and concentrated hard, maybe 15 maximum? finished 4th in 320 6max which was a really tough field tonight for 6.5k, was really tough final and not 100% happy with how i played. came like 13th in 55r for 500ish? opened 99 utg and naza 3bet me and went with it and he had 99 gg.
finished the end of day 1 215r scoop as 1/34 with 110k ftw. Played last hand of the night questionably, but structure is great and field is OK, mixture of very good players and average regs.
Guess I'm grinding tomorrow then..
