Thought this was a pretty close one to call and just wondered what others thought about it.

9 left. 8 Seats to DTD deepstack worth €400 each.

Cash prizes for 11th to 9th mean I've got €150 locked which is obviously a factor. We're in for €32 having had add on only.

Hand history doesn't show it but there's an ante of 600 as well.

Chip leader who has raised has been raising loads so I've no reason to think he's ahead of us but obviously there's a good chance he's got at least 1 over card.

Other 2 shorties will be forced all in before me once each.

NL Holdem $6,000(BB) Replayer Game#2376290570

Lynchy2875 ($36,902) SB
jacks12 ($23,568) BB
JakeWilk ($119,740)
Chili ($73,105)
Adrian747 ($44,279)
easee123 ($95,366)
babybaby3 ($2,976)
Tittyhead ($4,280)
rock0786 ($2,384)

jacks12 posts (BB) $6,000
Lynchy2875 posts (SB) $3,000

Dealt to Tittyhead
JakeWilk raises to $30,000
fold, fold, fold, fold,
Tittyhead........

Fwiw my decision was to call. I can't help but think though that I should've passed given the other 2 shorties.

I'd also be interested to know if people's decisions would change without the €150 being locked?

TIA.

If other shorties are both all-in once each before you this is a definite fold I'm afraid...

unless you've got the players in the wrong order the other 2 won't both be allin before you, you're between them

is 5x the guy's standard raise?

Pretty sure they will mate but correct me again if I'm wrong.

Babybaby3 obviously has a big blind which will put him all in.

rock0768 will face 4x 600 antes before my big blind thus setting him in.

Raises are just random. I think it's based on whichever key his finger is closest to tbh.

I'd also be interested to know if people's decisions would change without the €150 being locked?

This cant make any difference - its a flat payout no matter what that payout is.

This is a fold and its not close at all

There are 2 guys going to be all in before you and the big stacks are going to limp to try and knock them out. Babybaby3 is going to really nit it up because the other shorty is all in one hand before he is, so he'll have <600 chips left and even if rock0786 survives what will be at least a 3 way all in vs the Chili and Ardian747 in the blinds, easee will probably limp UTG and JakeWilk with his 120k stack will almost certainly limp the button.

Even if he does survive the 4 or 5 way all in, babybaby3 is all in the next hand with Adrian and easee in the blinds, jake and Chilil probably limp too

Say everone has a random hand and is 20% to win their all in, if you fold here you are 0.2*0.2 = 4% to be forced all in if you fold here.

This doesn't take into account the fact that one of the shorties might pick up a hand but obv they have zero fold equity anyway

This brings up to the conclusion that we should be folding AA here which I never knew so thanks for posting this Smiley
