Interesting hand for Matt Russell

Paul Garnham raises to 3,600 from a 20,000 stack

Matt makes it 11,500 next to act from a 30,000 stack

Michael Maruna pushes for 26,000 next to act again

Garnham makes an agonised pass

I feel sure, watching, that Russell has to call 15,000 more into a pot of over 40,000 getting nearly 3-1. Problem being it's a virtual all in for him too

He goes to fold, sighs, pulls his cards back, takes his headphones out, rubs his eyes, smiles and eventually folds

Maruna shows Q-Q

Russell says "I had tens"

He lives to fight another day

Tricky situation for a floor ruling

Paul Mason open shoves. As passed cards around him are collected in by the dealer, Mason's cards are accidentally taken in too, though they were behind the line (but unprotected)

With a few people still to act a ruling is called for

The ruling is that "call" chips are left in the pot, the "shove" chips are returned to the player but of course the hand remains dead, the cards now being mixed in with other mucked cards

Mason looks miffed, but to be fair that's a common sense ruling, as it could have been worse....

It's double up central out there for the shorties at the moment.

Richard Pearson shoved 8-8 from UTG but ran into David Dyson's J-J in the BB. A flopped set for Pearson was enough to take the hand, the board running out A-T-8-2-9 to send the pot Richard's way, and leave David on fumes. And fuming.

Richard Haile then shoved but ran into Kenny Prazer's . His board however ran out Two Clubs to crack the bullets and double Haile up.

The best hand preflop still didn't hold when Jason Bright shoved . Andrew Papageorgiou next to him then shoved but lost the hand in cruel fashion when the board ran out Two Clubs to give Jason the nut flush and the pot.

Finally, the best hand held when James Green shoved and got a call from Anon with . The flop of was enough.

Mickey Wernick is out. He got it all in with J-6hh on a 2-T-3-T-K board, 2 hearts (we think the turn) and was called by K-Q that spiked the river.

And we're done for the day. 71 players remain, at an average of 64,647. We return tomorrow at 2.45pm. Tighty is going to post the chip counts when we receive them.

Thanks for watching and see you all tomorrow! I'm off to pass out at my hotel lol.

RED-DOG ends the day with 168,000

Crikey

RED makes a small lead and the button ships for 40,000

RED calls and is met by Q,er,8

turn 9 to give the button the straight
