Richard Blacklock raises utg, passed to John Exley in the big blind, who shoves

Blacklock snaps the shove off with K-K

Exley shows a sheepish A9hh

flop 7-9-2-6..........9

and we lose Richard "Eso Kral" Blacklock in 29th

Matt Russell raises to 13,600 in mid position and Mahoney calls on the button

Danny "The Pirate" Tran in the big blind makes it 80,000 to go

Russell folds, Mahoney folds and Tran nonchalantly flips   Two Clubs to claim the pot

100,000

blinds are 4000-8000/400 for another 35 mins

Average is 163,000

Jake Cody meanwhile also has a touch over 100,000. Quite quiet today, but still in the hunt

Alli Mallu just lost a massive chunk of his stack.

It all started when Richard Horton raised to 19k at 4k/8k-800. Mallu, 2 seats down in the cutoff, took one look at his cards before snap-shoving for 240k. This then sent Paul Bowser, who easily had Mallu covered, into the tank. He eventually folded but looked very unhappy about it. This was enough for Ian Plater to call all-in from the SB, and Horton got out of the way along with the BB.

It turned out to be a race, Mallu's up against the of Plater. Surprisingly, even for the rail, Mallu failed to hit on the three diamonds board, and Plater finds himself with 270k with Mallu down to 15 bigs.
