Haven't touched this market for a couple of years as didn't feel I had any edge but this year there's a standout.

The field is made up of no channers...

Shaun Ryder has always come across as a bit gruff and miserable when I've seen him on TV.
Nigel Havers is just an old dandy.
Alison Hammond crashed and burned on BB. Don't see why this should be any different.
Dom Joly, nope, Lembit nope, Gillian McKeith unpleasant, and nobody called Aggro can win these things.

I'd have been happy backing Sheryl Gascoigne at 8-1 but she's 25-1. Just looks a good old-fashioned mistake by the bookies. She came across well in that Gazza documentary. Down to earth, easy going. I'm all in here. Has the potential to be favourite after a couple of days against this mob.

Name and shame...

Blue Square offer 25-1

Deposit £200.

Try for £200. Problem. Bet size is too high.
Try for £100. Problem. Bet size is too high.
Try for £50. Problem. Bet size is too high.
Try for £30. Problem. Bet size is too high.

Ring instead.

"Will just have to refer that bet for you sir...We can only offer you £10 at 25-1."

Disgrace.

Terrible read on Cheryl. Has no chance. She will play 'poor me, I suffered at the hands of gazza' card and people will see through her.

Havers ftw.

Maybe even ryder if he can  stick it out.

Not looked at the odds yet but I can't see beyond either Stacey or Nigel winning.

As for Sheryl, however likeable she may come across as I just doubt she has a significant enough profile to beat people in the final rounds. I didn't realise Alison Hammond was going in. She may have failed on BB3 but she is now a presenter on This Morning who back I'm a celeb bigtime. Depending on her odds I would consider her worth a punt.

I never play these kind of markets but fwiw i cant see past Stacey winning and think she is a shoe in at 3's   down to earth not going on there with any agenda and people loved her honesty/essex/simple self on xfactor when she was on, if she is the same this time around then i think she will win

This TV show is the biggest pile of shit she has ever waded through.

I hope all the previous series were just an eleborate scheme to get her in the jungle and that Ant and Dec will now kill her off.

Oh, and that should obviously be "Dr" Gillian McKeith, Kin. She studied really hard to get that title.

As Ben Goldacre writes in his book, "Gillian McKeith, or to give her full and correct title, Gillian McKeith."
