No, and they won't do it again.

The reason they did it was because many of these FIFA members are old and may not be around to line their pockets take part in the decision in 4 year's time.

Junior teams get fined hundreds of pounds a year that they can hardly afford and amateur teams have to pay stupid fines to the FA. Last week a friends team who are cahs strapped got fined £10 for not offering the ref water at half time. They just gg $500m like that? Put it into youth football and get a team good enough to win in Qatar instead of trying to host a cmpetition that we all know is obv corrupt and our main tv channel host a programme 2 nights before about a corrupt team of judges who haven't made their minds up yet (officially) and are obviously scum.
