What is the greatest fact you have learned this year Gatso?
probably that you can't get sangria in camden nandos
Seems a strange decision. It still appears on their menu, you sure someone isn't winding you, with a little bullshit fact?
don't think so. they were very apologetic and didn't know why they don't do it. tried to make us have rose wine instead
Go to Hi Sushi instead. The one in Camden is awesome.

Cool, just so you know, I always order the a la carte all you can eat menu. Pretty good value.

Good luck with the diet. I have found that going to the gym is easy enough once you add it into your routine. I even find myself going into the gym at work on days off. Go me.
Speaking of which, I have an interview today then heading straight to the gym.

Race you to 15 stone fat lad.
No chance, you cheat, and have those
shakes
that birds have.
Had my weetabix this morning, sure have been to sleep, off to work now. Then the airport tonight. Sigh.
Worse than girly milkshakes would be turning up to a local home game (on foot!) and then drinking sparking water for the whole nite.
So abso ghey!

I would love to see u two turn up at the G on Tit Tuesday.
Rises to 1100 at 25/50 not uncommon imo - lolz
Last week I managed to spriral my starting 9k down to 2k, and then spun that up to 43k with 45 minutes.
Unfortunately I was then tilted by someone not even my table so I literally dumped my stack in two hands after the break and went home. Gg me; Wiiiiiiiiiiii

My new, interesting fact of the day is... It is widely believed that 666 is the sign of the devil, but, in fact, it is 616.
Did this get through?
Is it a Gatso approved fact?

So tired, made a last minute decision to go to Luton last night, for the Mogadon Monday. A £50 freezeout. I've finally come to the conclusion that midweek comps aren't really for me. The thought of sitting there til 2 or 3 in the morning, to bubble or min cash doesn't excite me too much anymore. I'm gonna try and stick to weekends from now, other than the bigger comps obv. No doubt I'll be playing a midweek comp soon
Some new exciting looking comps coming to Luton in May, the place is gonna be great again soon. Well done to George.
Anyway, lasted 3 levels. 3 more than I should have done to be fair. The highlight of the night was claw donking off most of her stack in level 1 with QQ.
Tikay then decided to give us a lesson on how 6 card hi-lo is played. And soon some others joined us. We played 1/1 pot limit, and there was very little folding. We all ended up doing our money. I moved on to the holdem when the omaha broke, and managed to make a profit on the evening, but it took me til 6am!
That meant no time for sleep, and went home, to have breakfast and get ready for work. Managed to have an hours kip this afternoon, and am ready for bed now. Took my dad to the airport, still seems down a lot of the time, I don't really know what to say to him, as we deal with things differently. I try to help him, but, really, I don't think I can. Hopefully time will sort him out a bit more.

The healthier eating started today. Hated it.
Forced some weetabix down me this morning, and a cup of tea with no sugar.
Had a chicken fillet for lunch, cooked on charcoal, with a huge bowl of salad, and that seemed to be quite filling.
Another cup of tea after lunch and an apple at 4pm ish. Yuk.
Had a latte at the airport, while my dad was checking in for his flight, then order a chicken kebab on the way home, with loads of salad, and scrapped the bread. No chips
Have had no fizzy drinks today, had 1 bottle of still water with dinner.
I'm hungry again, but will not be having anything else tonight.
Tomorrow should be interesting, I'm out for lunch, then going to Hawksmoor with Cos and tittybean after work, am determined not to have anything I don't have to have, were a healthier option is available.
