Not so well done to Michaela for asking me if i was a Celtic Rangers fan. Coming from Scotland and being married to a Celtic fan I thought she might know that they are two seperate teams. I put it down to the excitement of meeting me, lots of women get a bit carried away when they meet me for the first time to be fair. She seemed quite pleased that I allowed her to give me a kiss goodbye. She has added me on facebook but i'm still debating whether to accept her or not.

very good

Today was spent mostly bored at work. It was so bad I even agreed to meet Sicilidonk for lunch. It was his turn to pay so I made sure was extra hungry. We visited my most favourite Greek persons kebab shop and ate the world. Sicilian was £20 lighter when we left which was a pleasing feeling.

My dad then tricked me into telling me that my mum neede some stuff taken up to the hospital and she was expecting us. So i duly drove him up there only to find that she was surprised to see us as she wasn't expecting us Smiley

She had her operation today to fit this thing to enable her to receive medication to her heart which went well. And she seemed to have come through the op ok. I stayed for a while then made my excuses and waited outside for my dad. Gives them some time on their own so he can inspect the thing that has been fitted, have a chat and probably have a little argument as they probably hadn't had one all day..

"Bring the car round and stick it one of those 20 minute spaces, i won't be long" So thats what I did. 45 minutes later he strolls down and I take him back. He seemed happy enough and was totally oblivious to the fact that i was planning on going to Luton, which was a good thing, stopped off and got him a chinese on the way.

Got to Luton half way through Level 2 and was pleased to see a couple of fish in Seats 1 & 3. Had a bloke with the most ridic hat ever. He looked like he had come straight from a madness convention. I'm sure the hat fitted him at some point in his life, probably when Madness first arrived on the music scene. Sadly the table broke before i had a chance to get their chips Sad Got moved to table Edna/Tikay/China Mug/Tighty and 5 randoms.

Tighty departed in a cracker of a hand getting it all in on the turn of a   three diamonds board v china mug who had   . The river was always gonna be the   and despite wearing one of the nicest jumpers I have seen he was on his way home.

I plodded along, wary of the fact that my mentor Anthony Kendall was sat two my right and couldn't bear to disappoint him by playing silly. So when China Mug raises to 2100 @ 200-400, I decided to flat from the sb with Kings. I think it's always best to do this in case an ace comes. I checked the J88 board and China unsurprisingly set me in for my last 3900. I made the call and held v his KQ.

Up to 14.5k i raised to 1000 with 77 and the button calls. we check the KK9 flop and I bet the 6 on the turn. He calls. I then fire a blocker bet on the 8 river and he calls with 9 10. Very next hand I raise with QQ, same guy flats and i cbet the A54 flop. He sets me all in and I pass. He shows an Ace. Sure was surprised. Next hand i'm in the BB and check A7o/s. Flop comes A87 two spades and I check raise China's 3100 bet into 1600 all in and he calls the extra 4100 with   and gets there on the river. So another early night, won't do me any harm, as i can get a decent nights sleep. Again.

Just got confirmation from Glasgow Banned-it that he has acquired a ticket on my behalf for Celtic v Rangers on February 20. Either that or he is gonna grim me for £42. It's a coin flip.

Exciting times Smiley

Back to the vending machine at the G for after-dinner coffee as per?

Woulda done had he been allowed out tonight, but he was catching up with his missus as he hadn't seen her all weekend.

Does it put a picture in your mind that you can't get rid of now?

So an early night, and as they tend to say on these diary things I managed a good nights sleep and felt better for it this morning.

+£20k seems to be a popular figure at the moment. Just stick it up imo.
