Which option do you choose ?
Option 1 : Get a taxi to the metro station which inc. tip costs £3.00,buy a metro ticket for £2.30 thus total cost to arrive in town is £5.30.rough est time of journey is 20-25 minutes but can be longer depending on running bad with the metro.
Option 2 : Get a taxi straight to town at a cost of £10 inc tip and takes roughly 10-15 minutes
There are no other options.

Ridic abuse of mod powers, who do I report this to ?
There's no correct answer as such just doing some market research, other contributions would be welcomed. You also have to factor in the metro is not the most hospitable place as your gtd a lunatic on the train plus a group of radgies(chavs to you southern lot) as well as a not to pleasant odour.

Not at all,it's a very important conundrum that I face on a regular basis.

Option 3: Calculate that you make at least £4.70 every 15 minutes from the pokerz and put in an extra 15 minutes playing poker rather than spending it on the metro.

Wtf. Option 1 is wrong. Option 1 should be Option 2 and there should be no option 2.

Taxi obv, how is this even a question?
You have to take the time travelled in to account as well. The more time you spend waiting on the metro the more expensive your trip actually becomes.
