Haven't had doner for 2 weeks Sad

I think the way im doing it atm is ok. I'm not trying to lose 3 stone in a month, I'm trying to gradually get myself down to a weight, were I can start exercising. Ideally 15st 7.

That's were the hard work will start. I have lost weight doing it this way in the past, hopefully will work for me again.


You can exercise at your current weight imo!! Im probs the fittest 24st bloke in the world!!

I work with  sports coaches, and they are planning sessions in may, and other activities that I might try.

This is absolute key point imo.
You've gotta wanna do it yourself.
If u don't want to then u won't.

I used to smoke 20 fags a day and tried to give up on numerous occasions due to different requests and reasons, but failed.
It was only when I really wanted to stop myself, that I did.

Now I only smoke when I'm pissed (not very often, obv) but luckily don't even think about smoking when I'm not drinking.

Good luck with the dieting eating less Vin.

Anyway, how's the job hunting going?

Sigh, trust you to notice I went midweek. Yes, didn't last long, was bored, so went to the worst comp of the week (imo) was good fun in a way, still dislike it though.

When i said I don't want to, I didn't mean it as, I can't be bothered, I meant it as I don't want to while I'm so heavy.

Some things happening in my current job, not sure if gonna be good or bad, so waiting to see. Should know very soon.

Well done coming 3rd in that pile of shit last night Vin     .....       I was delighted to actually 'make it' to 12th spot before getting swatted!

Wankers Wednesday last night at the G certainly bought out the usual plethora of doughnuts/oddjobs/nervous ninjas/acne infested yoof and P Hell Mouth loving codsheads    .....      the rest of the week they're locked in their bedrooms studying for the Accountacy exams.

vinny i can vouch (although maybe not on the same scale) that the way your going about your weight loss works. I have never considered going on a diet but just changed my eating habits and as a result lost four stone over the course of five months. Its not easy cutting fut the things yet enjoy so instead just have a think about the things your eating. If you want a kebab have one but go for the healthier option. If you want something fizzy have something fizzy but have a diet one instead of a full fat lucozade. You soon start to see the difference and when you start to notice the difference thats when you start to think well if i can manage that with little changes imagine what i could do with even more little changes. It motivates you to do better. Well done vinny i hope you do well!
