Had a brief, but enjoyable dinner with Eso, and he told me the most incredible story about his previous degeneracy, and how now he very rarely plays the table games. I was shocked.
Thanks for dinner you sicko.
Comp was a non event, open shoved 16 bigs with 88 and found handsome Paul re-shoving behind with 99. Standard, gg, wp etc etc.
/tourney report.
Sorry Vinny but i cant allow you to use my details of degeneracy to increase the hits on your diary as i now have my very own one so your gonna have to wait till that part comes out in mine!!!

Greetings from sunny Malta!
Haven't been able to update for a week due to a combination of having too much fun, and I think I have broke my internet dongle at home. Had a good weekend away even though it was cut short because one of the people with us was violently ill for 24 hours, and we thought it was best to bring him back home. Had to stop the car a couple of times, once immediately after I had just said to him, If it's any consolation?, I think I know you well enough to come to your funeral! He turned green, and asked me to pull over
Missed the entire GUKPT festival at Luton this week, for the first time ever. Felt a bit gutted, lots of people that I like were there, and woulda been good to see them, but I couldn't get there. There is always next time.
The most annoying part was missing Cos & Redbull winning a £4k jackpot on one of the fruities at the G. I wish he would hurry up and tell the story on his diary. It made me laugh so much I was struggling to breath, and was pleased to get off the phone, so I could get some oxygen back into my lungs.
Other than that, just been busy at work, had to swerve a friday lunch offer from claw, so I could clear up a backlog of work. Hate it when work gets in the way of a free lunch:(

Arrived in Malta early this morning, met by my Dad and his mate. Managed to sleep a lot of the 2hr 50m flight. Got woken up by the thud of the plane landing, could have really done with him circling for half an hour, as I was really in a nice sleep.
Had to set my alarm this morning for 10am, as my dad was going out at 8.30, and the hire car he got me was being delivered. Man arrives at the door, pushes the key in my hand, tells me not to let the petrol go below a quarter of a tank, as it's not quite accurate, and shuffles off. Right, thanks, err, do you want to see my driving licence? No, it's ok, I trust you. lol, i had forgotten how laid back people are in Malta, must be where I get it from.
It's gonna be 40 degrees here today, almost Vegaseque weather, so tonight I will be doing some Vegaseque pokering with Greg 'Sighmuns' Symons. A 6 max comp I believe, should be fun. Then tomorrow night, I think we are going out drinking when he finishes work.
The rest of today will be spent moaning about how hot it is, and having a sleep with the air con on.

I asked my dad this morning when it is, and he thinks it was yesterday.
To be honest tho, I have done a hundred festa's. Since I was about 6 or 7, they don't really do it for me anymore if i'm honest. Agreed that some of them are awesome, my dad still comes over every January/February for the feast of St Paul, has done for years.

Me & Greg played a great 6 max comp last night. I done better than Greg, well sort of, I got knocked out before he did, but I see that as better, as he had to play longer than I did for the same amount of money.
Clutching at straws maybe, but makes me feel better.
Claw wants me to give him a big snog, just can't bring myself to do it. Maybe I will snog his young swedish burd, and get her to pass it on? Seems like a good idea to me
