well done last night scooping at Luton
Winner for £1700 ahead of Noonantroll heads up?
Cheers Rich.
Was £1500 after the saver etc. Noonatroll begged for a chop but I told him he had no phuqqin chance.
He has promised to do another one of his awesome tourney reports.
Thanks for all the congrats messages, I have been having a shit time poker wise, and didn't want to come on moaning. It seems running bad has led to occasionally playing bad, which I hear is normal. Hopefully turned the corner that I thought I had turned at the beginnig of the month, but had a setback last week. Will do a proper poker / life update update tomorrow. Think I'm gonna head to Luton now, dedication ftw. Just waiting to hear if there is a game on.

Well done to you and the noonce.
Was in dread he might do a report.
I just want to say that when he 3 bet me (musta been a full moon), I meant to say fold but call just came out of me.
And when he C Bet I really did pass mentally but unfortunately my hands moved all my chips over the line

Ok, update time. Hmmm, where was I?
Right, my dad. Sigh.
After all the great advice I got on here (I mean that sincerely) I decided to sit tight and think it through some more. I knew it was only 10 days or so til my mum's first anniversary, so I thought he might contact me or my sister in the lead up to the 4th. He didn't. And to be fair, neither of us contacted him.
Her anniversary was fairly urgh if im honest. Maybe made worse by the fallout, I dunno. Anyway, all the advice I was given, was telling me I'm wrong. But something was stopping me from listening to it.
Then, some wise words, from someone a bit special seemed to register more than anything I had been told previously. I dunno why, It just did. The next night I went round to see him, no warning, just turned up.
Made small talk while I picked some stuff up, then i started the convo about the last 5 weeks or so. Initially, all we done was discuss a lot of what has been said previously, with me shouting at him. Again. Marv. In the end, with the words of that certain someone still in my head, I just thought, fuck it. It's time to draw a line under this shite. I have made my feelings clear. He doesn't believe he is doing anything wrong. I think differently. Let's call it a draw, and move on. This was on the Monday, he has had a flight booked for the 8th for a couple of months now. I asked him how he was getting to the airport, he said by taxi. I told him I would take him. He knows me well enough to realise that is my way of saying, let's forget it. We don't apologise to each other for some reason. Never have done. Just the way we are.
So that's that, sorted. I think. I hope. I haven't told my sister yet, in truth, I haven't really had a chance to call her at an hour she would appreciate, but will do soon.
Thanks for all the advice, and special thanks to the person that tipped the balance.
Took him to the airport on Wednesday, and all was fine. Hoping it stays that way.

Have you filmed your Big Brother audition video yet? If you upload it now you could get fast-tracked to the live auditions next month.
I'm a no I'm afraid. I did give it plenty of thought, but just not for me.

hows things vin?
Things are OK cheers Pleno. Like Tikay said, I was just avoiding posting moan after moan etc. Will do a poker update in a bit, it's not pretty, partly my fault, partly the cards fault, but it's gonna turn. But would be good for me to get some stuff posted while I'm doing terribad.

Thought the whole idea of a diary was to vent, I know I do in mine lol....
Get it out there, I find it helps to get it off my chest and by doing it there I am not venting at mum and dad which is obviously much better for the atmosphere around the house
We'll CCR for dinner when you come down with Shaun, that will prob be the worst odds ever of you paying at 1 in 3.......

haha, batteries over charged or summit? Heard about that hand, in fact, a lot of people heard about it. You did go quite deep though, so don't be too harsh on yourself.
Thanks for the shirt compliment. I'm touched. May I say how great you are looking nowadays.
Oh, and why have you stopped trolling on blonde please?

Marquee. How are you?
We are def coming down. I will pester Shaun in the next week or so, but obv you know why we haven't sorted anything yet.
Moaning? Well, I try not to. Especially about poker. When i played for myself, It was fine, I didn't care too much if I lost to a 3 outer or whatever, there was always something more important to worry about etc. Now it's a bit different. I still don't want to moan, but I don't really not want to mention it, or seem that I don't care. I do care, but for a different reason to before. See? I need to find something in between.
Right, time for a moan....

I'm good thanks m8 just on the countdown to summer, in hibernation until Clacton next month. Yeah wasn't expecting anything to happen in light of everything that went on but spoke to Shaun last week to help sort out a gukpt seat and he said he would sort it with your for sometime soon.
Ah even if it's not moaning per se I just find it's good to convey my thoughts ont paper. Not much bothers me to the degree that I have to moan but it's just getting it out there. When you get hit for a dinner bill that's the only time you'll prob be moaning properly
