Haha , what was it Houlier called him? the new Zidane or similar. Was not great but don't think he was bad enough to make the worst X1

Had another decent strat session with Raymondo. I have got certain aspects of the strategy pretty nailed , got two or three parts to work on.I find that the older i get , the harder it is to retain information (alcohol and drugs in my youth to blame i reckon
) so im constantly having to remind myself of the correct plays.
Was intending to play two 100 game sessions today. Played 100 (+$55) then cooked myself some grub. Rump steak , mushrooms , peppers , beetroot , bacon , home made wedges and two corn on the cob. Feel pretty bloated now so just gonna chill and watch the footy. Will up the volume tomorrow.

I often talk to myself when I play, especially when I am playing sub standard. I find it helps to vocalise my thought process, it is prob got something to do with me being a headcase as well but whatever.

Pretty frustrating , seems like one step forward is being followed by two steps back. Had a bad two hour session yesterday where i found myself with two or three players on every table playing ridiculous stats. How profitable can it be to play 90/55 , 78/0 , and one guy with a 3 bet 27% ? obv against me it is very profitable
Weds 195 games -$176
Thurs 100 games +$118
Have decided to restrict myself to playing 14 tables max. I am finding that any more than this and i am often timing out on a couple, especially if a table pops up where there has been plenty of action. By the time i have computed the relevant information and the stats of the players involved i have got a queue of tables waiting. 3 betting with AA and timing out is not good.

Definitely a good idea to drop a couple of tables if your timing out while you get used to having HEM. Run better against others instead please, kthxbye.

A lot better today with the reduced number of tables.
120 games +$258
Result was helped by winning 4 on the bounce (always nice to play well when the boss is watching
)
Found out today that Actionman (Rick Trigg) cashed for $70K the other night. Chuffed to bits for him. He's a great lad ,gets a lot of stick , especially for his fashion sense but takes it in good heart.Been lucky enough to watch him on a few occasions and the boy can certainly play. Well done mate.
Spent a bit of time with him in Macau (freerolled it on Pokerstars using FPP's on the steps). Report here

Have mostly been listening to early Bowie stuff whilst grinding today.

Just read the thread, good luck with it all (and especially the internet connection... hope you can get it sorted properly).
That A8s hand above is on the bubble, right? I think it's probably a fold, no? Even if he's shoving 100%, which he obviously is.

Thank you , appears the connection is sorted now.

Yes on the bubble.Payouts so minimal for 7th and 6th that im rarely folding this to a shove from a reg.
