Lovely weekend in Germany with Hannah. We saw Harry Potter on friday which was awesome and ate a couple of nice meals out, spent the day at a park with a nice lake enjoying the sunshine, walking around - it was great.

Struggled to adapt to the timezone though, so I was up during the night a lot railing the main event. Had some great sweats following Mitch, Simon, Dan Morgan, Beanie, Rupert and whoever else I knew/liked/had heard of. Shame no-one got really deep, I've never even heard of anyone still left in. Kind of funking for Ben Lamb and the british guy now but not really bothered.

Played at Broadway on Thursday night before my flight friday morning - meh wasn't great. Didn't really deserve to win, should've lost a lot I think. I doubled up/almost doubled up three times, once with a pair and FD allin on flop vs top pair, instant flush service on the turn whoop, and the other two times I clicked back flop with middle pair and made trips on the turn/river both times and bet bet shoved. So I was a total luckbox. Depsite this I lost £40 or something overall. [ ] probably played well.

Anyway, nice break away - back to the pokers last night. Had a great meal with Stato, Keith and Mitch catching up, swapping stories, was a good laugh. Then went to Gala for the monday night 50/1 madness. Was a bit tame really, none of my favourite regs were playing and I was card dead all night. The two big pots I played were vs Mitch and Andy. Lost the first one to Mitch with on two spades three diamonds where Id raised pre utg, he donked flop oop to 5players, I raised, he donked turn I flatted then he shoved river for like 4/5 pot and I folded. [ ] good fold. Got shown . Then got 150ish in on the flop with vs on vs Andy. Ran it twice, 7 on the river for the first one and bricks on the second one so we chopped it. Down 15 overall. Sick swongs.

Tanking Monte Carlo this week. Not sure about the satellites, not sure about buying in. My staking deal doesnt include 1ks so would have to put a bottle in myself which is fine, might do that. The cash games will be sick this week anyway so doesn't matter if I don't play it.

Enjoyed the sheep quiz a lot last night. It's a lot of work though! Grats to Kinboshi ftw.

Oh btw, continually forgot to point it out in the thread but you didn't run a "sheep quiz". You ran a "reverse sheep quiz" Smiley

After Mitch cold calls my 4ball with Q9o, I think we can assume his range is weighted towards a rivered bottom two. [  ] Villain clearly isn't as absolute box.

Also the flop was . He was so proud of himself for "repping a flopped straight."
