lol. anyway thoughts on the alex and tom high hand.
yeh it was a sweet spot. we've got a lot of history together and I think he thought I mightve been floating the flop and just have an airball. he called with AK high. i think he called because I did some excellent level 5 hollywooding, which I think convinced him I was weak. |

i could just as easily flip that and say too many people ignorant to good fine and wine around never want to upset you Cos but who says its a nice wine if you cant stand it... i dont drink much alcohol but if i have to have a glass then i like a chateauneuf du pape coz i do like that. last time i took some friends out to the only half decent place in scunny, i got into a dick measuring contest with the German Sommelier. He tried to get me to have this champagne that Rommel used to drink. i knock him back saying that we won the war and if i was to drink champagne then it would be churchills tipple...mother fecker set me up good and proper and happened to have the very pol rodger that they found hundreds of empty bottles of in some churchill bunker in whitehall. ended up getting a bottle and it tasted like shit. all that bollocks about Louis Roederer Cristal makes my shit itch too. they hate the fact that rappers and poker players are buying it all up and wasting it. the champagnes i prefer are all demi secs because the are sweet and like pop to drink which suits me. you cant go posting on facebook "If you order your steak well done, I don't like you." because it may upset people that love you.  |
