Ok here you are. Hero is down in the dumps after losing 2.5k pot Sad Down to his last scraps of his 2/5 stake - £300ish. Regfish limps the cutoff. Mitch isos the button to £25 (as he would with almost any two). Hero 3bets the small blind with   to £75. Regfish cold calls obv and Mitch calls. Hero bets £105 on   . Regfish makes it £300, Mitch cold calls. I call allin.

on the turn, Regfish checks, Mitch bets like 200ish, not sure, I was putting my coat on. Regfish check raises Mitch allin for like 900totalmaybe, again not sure - my hat and scarf were on by this point. Mitch tanks and tanks and calls with   . Not only is he winning, but he was so close to folding, and my KQ was good vs Regfish's K8. How bad does he wanna play and how good does he wanna run!!!!!

Hmmmm strange session last night. Won £400 in 1/2 and 50/1 then lost 2k at 2/5 which I was 100% staked for with no makeup so bizarrely ended up still winning £400 for the day but was pretty down after some of the stuff that happened @ 2/5. In the past two days have ran pretty horrible at 2/5 - twice losing allin situations for £1k+ pots once with 74% equity, once with 56%. Then AKdd vs 55 on T6586 ddd, then the two hands mentioned above. And that was gg ~2.5k.

Had a bad night on Saturday too, had my first experience of actual tilt since being a pro. Tried to get a fish to fold JJ on a T high board in a 3bet pot for a massive allin bet on the turn, which I knew was a huge amount of money to him but he still called and I missed my 5 outs. He then said, "I thought you had kings or queens there mate". So that sent me over the edge, was pissed off with myself for the bluff, because I learnt like a year ago to stop doing things like that vs fish. Did £200 spin on roulette which I've never done before and just felt generally like a twat. Came clean to Hannah, that sure went well.

Anyway, having a day off today. Then going Leeds tomorrow night to stay with lildavefish suuPRlim whooo.

Do you think that with being staked on no makeup that the backer is likely to make money on his investments?

Came clean to Hannah, that sure went well.

I told you at the time, male prostitutes were a bad idea to spend your poker roll on.

Hope she comes to understand your 'habits' in the future. GL xxx

Not expecting you to talk about it if you don't want to but you did kinda mention it on here. I doubt its a profitable situation for the backer if he has to absorb all losses and only takes half of profits. You're edge would have to be pretty massive imo. I think probably only keith johnson would be a profitable backing under that deal from the dtd regs I know of.

If the guy isn't a friend or whatever then kinda just gotta take the shots but if he's a mate he's prob a touch naïve about poker and I'd probably turn him down unless he's uber multai and just likes the sweat / wants to help you.
