Had a wicked night out last night. Ged, Mitch, Simon, Shola, Tom and Tom's bf all went to Tom's for the afternoon (Stato is batting for the other side now sigh), messed about at his, had some drinks, headed into town met up with a few other ppl, toured the swankiest bars in nottingham then ended up at Gatecrasher dancing the night away. I think there's a ton of good photos so that'll bring back some memories, I'll post em up later.
I remember wrestling in the middle of the street as we walked to gatecrasher, Mitch had me upside down ready to do the "piledriver" on me (head first into the stone road ouch) someone came along to save me though (I think Deadman) and smashed Mitch into this big stand and the only damage to me was to my big toe. Which hurts so bad I'm limping along more than Red Dog. The stand however has a huge Mitch-shaped hole in now oops.
I remember laughing A LOT but really can't remember why right now. Hope the memories come back as it was definitely a class night.
Left Gatecrasher at like 3am and obvs poker was on our brains. Was a good boy and didn't go DTD with Mitch and play 1/2 (strictly forbidden under the terms of the stake hehe) but did go gala and actually remember playing very sensibly and actually
less aggressive than normal as I know what happens when I'm pissed trying to bluff. Made £40 in half an hour or an hour and got a taxi home
Gonna try and grind for 12 hours at DTD today whoop
