LEARN TO PLAY OMAHA?!??!!!11!!!1!!!!!one!!!?

I believe this in reference to a hand Tom and I played last night. Having busted the WCOOP I set off merrily on my way to DTD. They were playing a game called "The Water Game" 2 rounds of Holdem, 1 round of Omaha - H20 geddit? Clever I thought, I'll play and show off my omaha prowess.

First hand I get dealt   and decided this is the sort of hand that can make a flush, straight or indeed some other strong hands. I wanted to see a cheap flop so I limped in. Many many players also limped and we went 7 ways to the flop.

. I don't have a strong pair or a strong draw, so I elected to check, to trap. To my surprise everyone checked round.

The turn was the giving me a nut flush draw, as well as a gutshot draw to a strong straight with my Ace. Again trapping, I checked. Tom bet £45, Ajit called and I called.

Despite the 3 spades in my hand, the river was the . I checked again, Tom bet 155, Ajit folded and now I was in a pickle. I put him on a house probably but then I thought he probably had a smaller flush like the . Also, he did a classic live tell which I'm obviously not going to state on a public forum, so I called and he said "Good call Alex, you win. Excellent call". And I raked in the pot, and went on to crush the game.

the main secret of PLO is forgetting everything about EV, but you already know that.

Now the second most important is betting every street
