Wish I could go on these trips but till 9th June I'm stuck studying!!

Morale is high despite a financial less than desirable start to the trip.

For a start, and I did not know this, Switzerland is JOKE expensive. And Campione is like a haven for billionaires. Worse than Monte Carlo apparently. 

A ten minute cab ride can cost from 50 to 150 euros depending on how good you run.
A club sandwich - 36 euros.
Tiny tiny bottle of deodorant - 18 euros.
KK vs AA in a cash game - 800euros.
AK>QT in a side event - 300 euros.
Having drinks with Flushy, Ash Mason and James Mitchell - priceless.

MAIN EVENT TOMORROW!

Its pretty standard practice at these events to offer everything they can in both the local currency and euros so they can charge more to the lazy poker players that can't be bothered to get currency exchanged which is a fantastic idea on their part! I'd say its for convenience too but its not really if you want to get a taxi anywhere - very hard to get away with not having to change money and getting screwed on the rate by the hotel because you only need a smallish amount to cover a few taxi journeys, not enough for someone to trade for stars $ at spot.
