to be honest mate, i've been running really bad the past 3 weeks in those cash games, lost about 8k and I'm getting frustrated with it, so when I get in spots like that, I'm trying to gamble to get out of it. i'm not playing my best and it's causing me to make frustration calls like that to try and get out of it. I lost 200 on roulette last night also. I'm not being sensible.

Tbf, with the K4, it's 290 more to win 460 ish, so I need 38%, and I'm probably 35% with K4ss vs 66-TT, AT-AQ, KJ/KQ (roughly his range once he peels from the blinds in a multiway pot then jams over a 3b). So it's a losing call by about 3%, so it's costing me like what £10 in EV?! Fk it?!

It'll pass though, it's just a bad run, it's my biggest ever downswing money wise, but it's just off the back of a sick heater so I'm not worried about it at all - the only worrying things is starting to play bad and gamble, not habits I can afford to keep.

It's lovely coming home and playing these mtts to relax me though! $2k a night? Might stay in all weekend!

Agree with pleno entirely... its a waste of money, time, effort, rungood and your own patience mate.

Reread the first 20 pages of this diary and remind yourself what a £350 swing used to feel like imo.
