Split it/Flip for it between the passengers. Driver doesn't have to pay and still receives petrol money from remaining passengers.
tbh make the leaver pay.. and penalty clause of some kind. I was lucky enough to get a lift home when someone did that to me in Brighton, however he only left after making it all ok first. Why would they leave? |

Me, peej and Tom just bought our tickets to Nottingham, one way, at only £80.50 each.
Excellent way to spend £240.
Unlike in the hypothetical question, both the drivers have gone home early, and Alex jumped in with George, leaving us in the shit.
*for legal reasons, no blame is attached to 2seat car driver for his part in this.
