How do you get on with the same IP address? when on same site?

They allow it with MTTs or even 180man sngs. There's often 5/6 of us all playing le go fast which only gets like 100 runners. Remember once there being 5 of us still in with 30 left, think only 1 finalled haha!

No way it should be allowed, how can you have 3 handed in a tournament where 2 people are sitting opposite each other? It's ok cos they said they laugh and 3 bet etc- irrelevant of intentions or who it is, it should never be allowed, the third person is always at a significant disadvantage- even if it's just a case of one of the 2 giving off a "live read" lol.  Blogging about it seems a terrible idea obviously for those involved

lol really? I know 100% that colluding won't have ever even crossed their minds, can't see how the guy is at a disadvantage plus the chances of it ever being an issue again are just so remote - probably why stars chose to allow people to register the same comps from the same IP.

If it's not against the rules, and there was nothing even remotely unethical going on, why shouldn't I blog about it? They've done nothing wrong, it was just a funny situation.

I think you are being a tad naive here.  Sure Stars don't have a problem now but what happens when you are on the final table of a decent sized comp and someone complains.....there is just no upside to it imo.
