Rice I think is possible although this is a random comment rather than a fact I'm 100% sure of. Its way more nutritious that meets the eye.........

aren't they poisonous if you have enough? though that might be raw ones. can't imagine they've got enough water content to keep you alive once cooked though does rice have enough water? I know it absorbs loads but struggle with the concept of your body using it in that form guiness, if that was possible then irish people wouldn't eat so we can discount pretty sure hot choc's winning so far

hot chocolate's a pretty good shout - i quite often have it in lieu of dinner if i'm playing the pokerz. I don't appear to be suffering any signs of malnutrition.
