Shipps is currently manager of Walton Casuals in the Ryman South league, and i think i heard recently that he was doing 'the knowledge' to become a london cabbie.

Must happen to a lot of ex footballers/athletes.  When they retire theyre no longer training hard every day and dont need to watch their diet or anything.  Isnt it easier to put on tons of weight if you spent years in great shape then just stopped training?
