Finally, Patrik Antonius has a taker for prop betting flops. Sam Trickett tried to negotiate down to $10k a pop, but Antonius said he wouldn't agree to anything less than $25k. Trickett agreed and took hearts and diamonds, leaving Antonius with spades and clubs. If a flop comes out with three of their suit, they get $25,000. Be warned, Sam. Antonius runs really well at these.

Suppose after winning another million he can afford it.

Where the hell does he get his money from? I know he has won a chunk recently, but he says he sold off chunks of the action from when he won. Even if he had $2 mill or so its not like its enough to sensibly enter a $250k comp lol

Fair enough, guess I'm too much of a nit to risk any significant chunks of binks of this scale in the unlikely event I ever had them!

I think he's making a great investment tbh.

Firstly he has a chance of winning a lot of money from the comp but the exposure he's going to get from playing this event is huge.

He's now playing high stakes games with Ivey, Durr and PA. It won't be long before he's making enough from sponsorship to not worry about buy ins.

He's going to be one of the biggest names in international poker if he continues to play these games and that would be worth millions.

Maybe, it could of course all go tits up, but I hope not obv. I guess I'm just musing at the fact that what he has won is a life changing sum for me so I would have locked it up lol

He's also pretty sick good. Playing these things and becoming a household name (at least in poker terms) means he'll be allowed to play in games like the macau ones (where he recently made 1mil) where people like jungleman would be told to gtfo.
