OK so I have my usual rep. Played lots of hands. 3 betting blah blah blah. Not showed any significant bluffs cept for one hand where I opened 10 3 and had to call it off.

My opponent in hand is Rudders. Not played with him too much.

I have around 60k at start of hand. Rudders had 35k.

Blinds are 1k/2k/200. Folds to me in sb I have KJ off.

Default line here is?

Hate raise/folding 1517.5bbs effective against a competent reg.

Just seen he has more than 15bbs didn't you say 15bbs in update thread.Still think jamming is fine as I'm pretty sure his calling range is pretty tight,I'd guess he's folding some Ax hands.

Shoving against anyone, it is unexploitable.

Glad you posted this one George, as i often find myself getting into difficulty in these BOB situations. I would say that, although losing at showdown seriously damages your tournament chances,  the correct option is SHOVE.

Obv this just wanted to give Claire a good reason other than it's unexploitable to shove as some aren't thinking +ev etc.

Having read Shelley's "I think I may be pregnant" post I suspect that the blinds may well have been 300/600/50.

I think raise calling is miles better than shoving if stacks and blinds are correct in OP

Got to agree with Dubai here (and not just because heee's a crab), don't know who rudders is or how he plays but raise-call is way better than a shove against virtually everyone because you get it in against a weaker range. If he's only shoving a range that we can't call against then raise-fold obv but I think that's pretty unlikely (we need 43% which we have if he's only shoving pairs and broadways) and if that is the case then we can lol and raise fold any 2 for mad profits against him.

don't underestimate the times we get peeled though, forcing us into playing a pot out of position. pretty tilting when the cbet doesn't get through either...

raise/call might get it in vs a weaker range but you're playing an all in pot more often than if you were to shove yourself, and KJ will only be flipping vs a bb shoving range anyway, so the variance is kinda high. and KJ is going to be in ok shape vs his calling a shove range too.

but yeh, to an all in, opponents will make some ridiculous folds, especially live... adding like 8% to our stack by doing it, im shoving>anything else
