Agree with George.  First hand is 100% a shove.  2nd hand I just fold.  You are deep enough to find a better spot and AT isn't really a hand that stands up that well against any decent raising range and given calling isn't an option here a fold is better than a shove....probably marginally but I am waiting for a better spot.
