Do we need to make this into a ready steady cook style, someone takes a photo of a bag of 'basic' ingredients from whichever supermarket. Those who are cooking have to use the same ingredients etc etc you see where i'm going!!!

They do use different stuff but that can be changed. Winner being the one who makes the best/edible meal from a bag of cheap goodies.

OK. I did do it, and after a small amount of cajoling from a colleague, here it is......

Poached Chipotle fillet of Pork on a bed of basmati rice

With a Mango and Calvados sauce

and a mango and cucumber salad (dressed with oil and balsamic vinegar).
