Do we need to make this into a ready steady cook style, someone takes a photo of a bag of 'basic' ingredients from whichever supermarket. Those who are cooking have to use the same ingredients etc etc you see where i'm going!!!

don't the teams use different ingredients in ready steady cook? spending up to a fiver on whatever they want? or is that another one of those progs? can't remember which one's which

Winner being the one who makes the best/edible meal from a bag of cheap goodies.

OK. I did do it, and after a small amount of cajoling from a colleague, here it is......
Poached Chipotle fillet of Pork on a bed of basmati rice
With a Mango and Calvados sauce
and a mango and cucumber salad (dressed with oil and balsamic vinegar).
