Big pot on Albert "honey monster" Sapiano's table.

Ash Miah raises to 400, Greg Garrett reraises to 1200 (with AK he assures me)

4 callers, including Albert and Cuong Tran, last year's London GUKPT winner.

Flop

7 Q 7

Albert bets out 5k. Tran calls.

Turn 4 Albert Sapiano bets 10k out of turn, which goes down like a lead balloon bearing in mind this one round penalty rule here. Floor is called. Action then goes to Tran who checks, so that Albert's bet stands. Tran then check raises him to 25k!

Albert makes the call, river a 2, Tran shows QQ in the hole for a flopped full house, Albert mucks.

Albert is now sat out for one round, which may mean his 6k stack lasts that bit longer.

Mark "Red Shirt" Kempson

You may wonder, "How did he get that nickname?"

Well, he won't play poker unless he is wearing a red shirt. One trusts he has more than one. A favourite of the Luton card-room, especially I recall for Claw75

turn

check check

Trinh bets 3,500 with 15,800 back

Lovejoy sets him in minus the 800, so raises to 15,000

Lovejoy just left the Table of Death, Tighty updating on one hand there, Didin't see details but apparently the flop was A92

Lovejoy had A9

Paul Alterman had a set of twos.

No help for Lovejoy and he's back on the antique trail.

Dom Kaye has gone.

Totty count dropped considerably as he had the added attraction of being taller than me.

Flop was 10 10 8

Dom bet 1k

Raj Shina raised to 3.5K

Dom shoved for 10K

Raj snapped him off holding 10 8.

Dom had AK.

Albert Sapiano has gone, no hand details but I'm guessing he started behind and finished behind.

Don't think that was Darren Ward in the earlier photo.

Chips counts for handsome Paul and Keith Miller? Any news on which part of the Bourne trilogy Jim McBride is watching?

Tony Adderley is chip leader with 166,000

Always a talented player, with speech play to match, it is a joy to see him running over his table with quite such aplomb.

I went up to Not Darren Ward after Caroline took his photo

The exchange went as follows

"You know Chompy then? Has he always been so daft?"

"Chompy? No?"

"You went to Vegas with him 5 years ago. Hooped jumpers"

"No"

"Are you Darren Ward?"

"No"

Exit tail between legs
