Deadman and Herbert 1-2 or 2-1 would be good

to be frank Deadman has normally blown a monster stack well before here, so signs are better this month

who's frank Deadman?

Ian Hope is out.

He got absolutely decimated all in preflop against Alan Linford and Richard Whiteley, his 7-7 no good against A-2 for Linford and A-K for Whiteley, the board cruelly running out T-9-9-T-J to counterfeit the sevens and leaving Linford and Whiteley to chop the pot. Hope covered both by exactly 1k and was all in blind for the antes next hand, and failed to win a race against Ray Ryder, Ryder's 6-6 holding against Ian's K-Q on a T-2-4-9-8 board.

Table Deadman/Herbert is a lot more lighthearted than the other table, albeit mainly down to Jason. His most recent question was "What does tez mean?" sending Simon, myself and cambridgealex into hysterics.

And yes Jason, it does mean you play like Tevez Wink

board comes down two spades

Ray doubles through not really making a dent in Tom's stack.

Paul Birkett has been eliminated by Jason Herbert.

Herbert nonchalantly chucked in a 25k chip to raise from middle position, only to see Birkett smash his chips over the line from the button. This got Jason very interested, the glasses and headphones came off before Jason said "You've put me in a predicament my friend, but I love my kids so I'll call!"

Cards were revealed and we were off to the races.

Jason:

Paul:

The board ran out two spades with Jason binking the river to send Paul home in 12th place, winning £1,063 in what we've been told is his first ever live tournament.

Jason, you're so tez. Wink

getting busy it seems. note to self when trying to report 2 hands at the same time don't keep spinning round from one table to the other you get dizzy!

Richard Whiteley raised to 26500 utg +1, Alan Linford in the Big blind shoves for 69k Richard calls and we get to see some cards!

Richard

Alan

the cards in the middle say " "

and the man from del monte he say double up for Alan
