Good work Lee fella. Thinking i might follow in your vain of documenting weightloss on here with added tales of degeneracy once i get back from a stag do in Riga. I am an absurd 23 stone. (am told i look 18...) Think it can only be beneficial updating on here and taking the rubs/support.

 Keep it up.
thanks mate i recommend posting it on here and take the criticism on the chin evilpie has been an immense help to me

I watched biggest loser UK the other day. One guy lost 31lbs in the first week. Was pretty insane.

I know what to do, its doing it thats the problem. Hardest part is changing ya mindset. Once you do that the rest falls into place.

More good stuff Lee.

There's still a chance of hitting 15st by the 11th June.

It's going to be tough but if you keep going for walks / runs and don't have any slips with the diet it's definitely possible.

I really hope you can do it.

Just think how easy the walk's going to be if you hit your goal?

To give you an idea imagine trying the walk carrying a bag weighing almost a full stone?

Good luck for the next 2 weeks!!
thanks mate i give you my word i will be trying my hardest

Ice ice ice mate!

Hamstrings are funny, I'd go really easy given the proximity of your walk

Press ups and sit ups won't make you lose weight.

Just rest if you think you need it.

As long as you're not just using it as an excuse to sit on your arse then it's definitely best.

Whey heyyyyy!

Great work fella! Please take this in the right way, but I wouldn't go crazy trying to hit 15st before the walk. If the walk is Saturday, I'd be tapering your food intake upwards from thursday, just slightly, to prepare for the energy use on the day. You don't want to be energyless after the first hill!

You will easily get down to 15 the following week, don't forget this was training for the walk as much as it was to loose weight. You have done a grand job so far, and you wouldn't want to suffer on the walk just to make a notional target!
