yesterdays food

0700 3 weetabix
cup of tea one sugar

1200 100g chicken breast 2 rounds wholemeal bread pickled onions and beetroot
nil fat yogurt

1400 cup of tea one sugar

1730 chicken casserole potatoes and carrots and onions, asparagus

went gala so a couple of cups of tea and an offer from George to buy me some "proper food" (to which i declined)

final weigh in (pre walk)...0700 am tomorrow morning

Go for a jog and then have a sauna immediately before weigh in (Don't drink anything). You can definitely shed 3/4lb that way.

today's food

0730 crunchynut cornlakes
cup of tea one sugar

1100 cup of tea one sugar

1230 two small wholemeal cobs with tuna
nil fat yogurt

1400 cup of tea (i think you got the idea by now reduced to one sugar)

1730 sirloin steak jacket potatoes coleslaw and beetroot.

12 hours 42 Min's till final weigh in (pre walk in case i am over ....then its a weigh in after.......lol)

disappointment ....but i was never going to lose a stone in two weeks but i worked hard and managed this !!!!!!

well done, if your little toes roll over make sure you cut nails close and tape toes with zinc tape

and do this a few days before tomorrow's walk so that if you go too close and draw blood it'll heal in time
